It is the impressions of samadhi that, over time, unfold realization within us. It is daily meditation that creates those impressions.
Our consciousness, our attention and our energy are normally centered upon the outside world. It is our attachment to the material world that keeps the soul confined to our body and hides God.
There are seven things to do when life is not unfolding in a positive direction. Complaining, worrying or distracting are not included.
Everything is God who has assumed all forms and names. He has become man and woman and everything in the universe. This universe is a place for us to roam in with love. It was never intended to be a source of attachment, aversion, dissention or anxiety.
Spiritual practices are our commitment to our realization. What we are realizing? We speak of renunciation and detachment as giving up attachment and aversion, but ultimately we are not giving up anything.
The basis of suffering is false identification. We firmly believe we are our body, thoughts and feelings. This is what we see and experience so we trust this to be the whole truth.
Is my awareness in this space or this this space in my awareness? We make the universe manifest within ourselves in the sky of the one consciousness.
