God is absolute bliss consciousness in Its impersonal aspect. It is Being, pure awareness, without name, form or attribute. Supreme Being is formless, omnipresent, eternal and the Source of all that is.
In His relative aspect, He is personal God at the highest level of creation. He becomes everything in relative creation – all names, forms and attributes. He is all intelligence and power. There is no other. All changing forms are grounded in the absolute aspect of God. The ultimate constituent of the entire creation – impersonal, absolute God – is always one. It appears as many and yet that appearance is only phenomenal, an appearance within God, made of God.
It is God’s prana that vibrates when creation emerges. Prana is the nature of God to create and the motive force of creation. Prana is the tendency of the unmanifest to manifest, to vibrate. Assuming a subjective nature, it becomes mind. Assuming an objective nature, it becomes matter. Transcendental Being vibrates and enters the relative phase of existence as a thought, the thinker, and prana (life force). The impersonal God appears as subject and object. Unmanifested, absolute Being, stimulated by its own prana, appears as mind. Prana is the first expression of cosmic intelligence. Reflected upon by karma, prana gains individuality and appears as individual mind.
Impersonal, absolute God pervades all of creation. The Being of all is absolute, impersonal God. That is the true Self of all. That is the watcher of our mind. That is the witness of our waking, dreaming and deep sleep states. When the mind becomes still in meditation, what remains is omnipresent awareness that is impersonal God. Every individual is, in his true nature, impersonal God. Though art That. ‘That’ is Brahman, The Self, the Absolute, unbounded, all-pervasive consciousness that is the impersonal aspect of God.
