Sutra’s of Awakening:

Separation is suffering. Seeing differences is your struggle. They are the ultimate illusion, for there is no other. In that realization there is no suffering or struggle. Bliss arises only from the Self and in the Self there is no other. There is no myself or yourself. There is only the Self. When separation goes, suffering goes with it.

There is one consciousness. Your consciousness is God’s consciousness. That awareness dwells in your body and is knowable in its fullness. At the level of the finest relative the blue consciousness of God resides in the temple of your body. Know you are God.

You essentially are not the senses but the Self is the light of them. You essentially are not the body, but the Self lives in the body. You essentially are not your thoughts or feelings but the Self illumines them. The Self is the source of inner knowledge. The Self is who you essentially are; God.

As the Absolute, God could not act and feel the joy of acting. To expand and experience Its bliss, God created the relative universe in order to move, to grow, to expand, and to realize Itself as the absolute and the relative. You are God acting. You are That bliss expanding in ever-new pulsations of bliss.
Core Practice: Grace
Grace is sometimes a subject that seem ethereal and hard to grasp. It is a power of God. Specifically it is God’s power to reveal God within you, to liberate and enlighten you. Knowing the Self, which is enlightenment, is the purpose of your birth. Thus grace becomes critical in your recognition and remembrance of who you are. So grace is God’s power to reveal your full state of enlightenment.
Imagine a situation where someone comes before you and upsets you. Maybe they make you angry, sad, unsettled, guilty or shameful. They are activating something that is inside of you, something that has nothing to do with them and only to do with you. How can feeling bad be grace? What activates you is what enlightens you because that circumstance is showing you, in clear terms, what needs your mindfulness, your non-judgmental attention within you, and needs to be brought into the light of awareness to be resolved.
It’s not that feeling bad is grace. The process is grace. Becoming more aware is grace. In every moment, in every situation, circumstance, encounter, thought and feeling there is grace. In every present moment God is moving you into the possibility of more awareness. That is grace.
What you do with every present moment is, of course, your choice. Most will simply distract themselves from a situation that feels bad; go watch TV, have sex, take drugs or alcohol, get lost on social media or become addicted. Few have the courage to shine the light of awareness on what feels bad.
If every moment is grace then grace takes every form. Can’t sleep at night? Grace is in that experience. Is it a chance to meditate, contemplate or journal? Is it a chance to move into acceptance and move out of resistance? Is it a chance to repeat mantras? Can you move into non-attachment to outcomes?
Your partner leaves you. There is grace in that experience. Is it a chance to experience an opening to expanded possibilities? Is it a chance to remain in the present moment? Can you not create fear, separation, personalization and stories around it? Can you see it is happening for you?
You are at the coffee shop and someone bumps into you and spills coffee on you. There is grace in that experience. Can you see that person as God? Do you have the ability to respond instead of react? Can you watch, witness, observe yourself instead of being taken over by anger?
Because grace is in every moment, love, beauty and compassion are also grace. Grace expands your awareness and it also expands your heart so you can receive and hold the Truth. It is the expansion of the heart that allows trust and surrender to enter your life.
Grace can get very specific. Scriptures say that when the student is ready the Guru appears. A guru that awakens your Kundalini Shakti is the highest grace. In life, nothing happens by chance. Everything is orchestrated by God to enlighten you. It is God’s power of grace, the power to reveal your true Self that moves the play of consciousness forward. Life is a play of forgetting and remembering who you are. It is a play of expanding awareness, and love and grace power that expansion.
When you have the ability to see reality, as it is, deeply seeing, you discover that God is always present awakening you, enlightening you, expanding your consciousness and moving you into a state of complete realization. That’s all that is ever happening. When you can hold that truth, life shifts. You can relax and trust that God is present, creating the perfect life for your enlightenment.
