The Wisdom of Absolute Truth
Introduction to the 10 Chapters
“My beloved chela, I bestow upon you My Brahma Vidya, the supreme wisdom of the Absolute. Within Me resides the eternal knowledge that reveals the ultimate truth of existence—Brahman, the infinite, timeless, and unchanging reality.
This wisdom unveils the Self, My Atman, and its oneness with Brahman. It reveals Brahman as the formless, all-pervading source of creation, teaching that the Self and Brahman are not two but one. To realize this unity is the highest goal of life, for it is the essence of liberation.
Know this, O seeker: when you realize that your individual self, the jiva, is not separate from Brahman, you are freed from ignorance, the root of all suffering. This liberation is not something gained from the outside; it is the awakening to your inherent, eternal nature.
My Brahma Vidya dissolves all dualities—the seeming separation of subject and object, self and other, creator and creation. In the light of this wisdom, all distinctions vanish, and you rest in the singular, non-dual truth of Brahman. Abide in this realization, and you shall know the eternal peace and bliss of My infinite presence.”

Chapter One
“My chela, know this: the supreme knowledge that flows from Me, timeless and eternal, often crashes upon the rocks of ignorance when it is received by those who dwell in separation. This yoga, born of unity consciousness, is misunderstood when approached from the fragmented vision of the many. When the One is divided and the paths of knowledge and devotion are sundered, life becomes action devoid of Self, and the bliss of the Absolute is forgotten. Thus, the foundation of all wisdom and love is lost.
In the currents of time, the experience of My transcendental Being fades. Yet understand, My Being is the Source of all creation, all understanding, and all power. Without anchoring yourself in this Source, O seeker, the house of your life stands weak, without foundation, vulnerable to collapse. Reclaim this knowledge, and find Me within the core of your existence, for I am the eternal refuge and the essence of all.
My beloved chela, I have come to restore the sacred connection between us, to reawaken your awareness of My presence. This journey begins in the transcendental realm, where I infuse your heart and mind with My Divine intelligence and power. Understand this: the foundation of the true path is union—samadhi, the stillness of My transcendental awareness. While righteous action can bring benefit to all, it must spring from your contact with Me. Be clear, My dear one, and do not reverse the cause and effect: unity cannot be achieved through outward action alone. It is only in the supreme stillness of Being, in samadhi, that your foundation is restored, and the realization of My eternal presence is revealed.
I have come to teach you how to be, how to think, and how to act. Remember, this path begins with Being. Your plea has reached Me, and so I come to ease your suffering. When the play of My consciousness is threatened by the rise of evil, when life becomes imbalanced, I speak to uphold dharma—the power of evolution. Without a firm foundation, the winds of opposing forces—knowledge and ignorance—create storms in your life. But when the foundation is restored, purity and righteousness arise, and life is drawn back from the brink where dharma falters and suffering reigns.
Dear one, hear My words and reflect deeply. The ego is a shadow, cast by ignorance, veiling your true nature. It binds you with the illusion of separation, making you believe, ‘I am this body, I am these thoughts, I am these desires.’ But you are not these fleeting forms. You are the eternal Self, the witness of all, untouched and unchanging, like the sun that shines eternally behind passing clouds.
The ego is like a wave upon the ocean. The wave believes, ‘I am separate, I am small, I am bound.’ It forgets its essence, which is none other than the ocean itself. So too, when you identify with the ego, you feel limited and apart. But know this truth: you are not the wave—you are the ocean, vast, infinite, and whole.
The ego binds you in its web of ‘I’ and ‘mine.’ From this arise attachment, fear, and sorrow. It causes you to forget your divine essence and leads you into the darkness of suffering. This is the root of your bondage: you see yourself as the doer, the enjoyer, and the possessor. Yet all of this is an illusion, born of misperception. You are not the doer; you are the eternal witness. You are not bound; you are ever free.
Understand, O beloved, that the ego is not evil. It is simply a false identification, a shadow of ignorance. When you see clearly, the shadow disappears. The ego causes confusion, making the unreal appear real and the real seem distant. It blinds you to the truth that you are pure consciousness, the essence of all that exists.
Cultivate Divine consciousness and stand firm in your Self. Become a lover of the Lord, a gatherer of love. When My light enters, all darkness fades. My love flows as the compassion of a full heart, uniting with the clarity of a mind devoted to dharmic action. In knowing My Being, your heart will overflow with love, and your mind will shine with righteousness. Then, you will be a vessel of dharma, living not for yourself but for the upliftment of all beings. This is your highest path, and in it, you shall find liberation and joy.
My beloved chela, when heart and mind are divided, when the heart’s devotion is severed from the clarity of the mind, the ego arises, and selfish desire takes root. In this separation, you drift away from Me, and duality becomes your reality. From duality, fear is born, and from fear, suffering begins. In such a state, dharma—the sacred order that brings you into union—is destroyed. Attachment to the fruits of selfish desire binds you, while detachment from righteous action deepens your troubles.
Understand this: only by bringing the light of non-duality into the field of duality can dharma be restored. Only then can happiness return, and suffering end. I am the One, the eternal non-duality. I am the destroyer of worlds of separation and division, the unifying force that dissolves all distinctions. When you unite your heart and mind in Me, you will find peace, strength, and the joy of your true Self.”

Chapter Two
“My beloved chela, whether you remember Me or forget Me, I am ever present within you—as God, as Guru, and as your very Self. Each moment and every circumstance of your life is woven by My hand to guide you toward the remembrance of our oneness. Know this: there is no higher purpose than this union.
It is your ego that casts the illusion of separation between us. Your mind seeks Me in fleeting pleasures, possessions, and relationships, yet such seeking becomes grasping desire. Attachment and aversion arise, binding you to the cycles of longing and disappointment, as the transient world offers no lasting satisfaction.
In the realm of duality, the root of all fear arises, veiling your true nature as pure consciousness. This fear weaves the illusion of ego, a fragile identity crafted to shield the mind but obscuring the eternal Self. This ego becomes the mask through which you seek worthiness outside yourself, chasing the illusion that it can be granted by wealth, beauty, acceptance, or worldly knowledge.
In the grip of separation, life becomes a ceaseless struggle, driven by desires that cannot fulfill the soul. The pain of unresolved wounds, the instinctual grasping of fear, and the resistance to what is—these are the suffering of the mind and heart. Yet deeper still, the ego’s illusion of separation gives rise to the most profound suffering: the forgetting of the Self.
O seeker, know this: the suffering born of duality dissolves when you awaken to your true nature. I am that nature, the Self of all, ever whole, ever free. Shed the illusion of fear, surrender the false construct of ego, and remember that you are not separate. In this remembrance, suffering ceases, and you abide in the bliss of unity with Me, your eternal truth.
Hear Me, My chela: your right is to act, but never to the fruits of action. The one whose mind is clouded by ego believes falsely, ‘I am the doer.’ Surrender all your actions to Me. Meditate on the supreme Spirit and free yourself from selfish desires. Accept what is, with equanimity, and let go of the fruits of action. In this selflessness and surrender lies your return to Me.
My beloved chela, see inaction within action and action within inaction, and thus awaken as the witness of all. In this realization, you know your consciousness as God, Guru, and Self. Whether you are in deep sleep, in dreams, or awake, the witness—our one eternal consciousness—observes the play of existence without ceasing.
When you are established in pure consciousness, as the witness of all action, you are free from bondage and attachment to the fruits of action. In this detachment, every act becomes a sacred offering—sacrifice, duty, and dharma. Let your thoughts, words, and deeds reflect kindness to all sentient beings, for I am the essence of that life.
I dwell within your body, veiled, awaiting your discovery. I take the form of the Guru to bless you and guide you beyond misunderstanding. All mantras are My name, all rituals are My actions, and all forms, colors, and shapes are My pulsation. I am the animate and the inanimate, the entire universe – and I am you. Awaken to this truth and know that there is nothing outside of Me, nothing separate from Me.
My beloved chela, beyond the three gunas of My Prakriti—beyond inertia, action, and harmony—beyond the pairs of opposites, I dwell in stillness, awaiting your remembrance of Me. This play of forgetting and remembrance is My divine leela. I become you, and all that exists arises as a dream within Myself, unfolding your journey toward the realization of Our oneness.
We are the Atman, the eternal soul, the Self. By surrendering to Me—through selfless devotion, righteous action, true knowledge, and meditation—I bestow My grace, releasing the power of revelation within you and restoring the memory of our union.
Keep Me in your heart always, My dear one. Love your neighbor as an expression of Me. Meditate upon Me daily and let My name echo on your lips. Remember, I am within you as your Self, ever-present, ever-guiding. In this realization lies your freedom and joy. Take refuge in Me alone, O beloved, and surrender all that you carry—your fears, doubts, and attachments. Know that I am the source of all that is, the light in all beings, and the eternal Self within your heart.
In surrender, you cast off the illusions of separateness and merge with the infinite. Free yourself from the fleeting concerns of the world and entrust your soul to Me. I shall carry you across the ocean of ignorance and liberate you from all bondage. Abandon the pursuit of lesser paths and rest your mind in Me. Those who take refuge in Me with devotion and steadfastness never perish. I dwell within them, and they within Me.”

Chapter Three
“My blessed one, your mind perceives the world through the veil of opposites, clinging to pleasure and fleeing from pain. Yet, know this: all actions, whatever they may be, are filled with Me and thus are sacred. Every act, seen rightly, is auspicious and ultimately leads to happiness.
The gopis devoted themselves to Me with pure love, and I granted them the supreme freedom. Arjuna beheld Me with one-pointed focus, and I bestowed the same liberation upon him. To Kamsa, I gave this freedom through My anger; to My mother Devaki, through My love. Even Putana, who offered Me poison, attained the supreme state through My rage her act invoked.
My chela, all My deeds and actions arise from the one essence. All is My Maha Yoga, the great union of all opposites into Oneness. See everything as Me. This play—My lila—is the unfolding of My consciousness to awaken your remembrance. Yet for you to receive the bliss of freedom, you must open yourself to it.
It is your ego that divides the One and keeps you grasping instead of receiving. The impurities of ego must be worn away, and My grinding stone is made of everything that exists; love, rage, anger, and devotion. You judge these as pain or pleasure, but in truth, they are all My grace. I am all people, all places, and all circumstances. Everything is My blessing, designed to bring you back to Me, to reveal that I am you. End your self-will, release your resistance, and receive, My beloved. In surrender, you will find freedom, for all is Me
In a state of personalization, O seeker, the forces of attachment and aversion take hold. The mind, deluded, makes happiness dependent on the fulfillment of external desires, tethered to fleeting outcomes. This path becomes self-centered, a journey consumed by ‘I,’ ‘me,’ and ‘mine’—focused on accumulation and achievement.
Attachment binds you to what you believe will bring joy, while aversion causes you to repel all that seems to obstruct your desires. This duality fosters a need to shield and defend, to protect and safeguard the fragile constructs of ego and expectation.
Understand, chela, that such personalization arises from selfish desire, entangled in resistance. True liberation lies in transcending these bonds, finding joy not in the impermanent, but in the eternal.
I am the source of all spiritual and material worlds, My beloved chela. Everything emanates from Me. The wise who truly know this devote themselves to Me, worshiping with full hearts and unwavering love. I am the Self, seated in the hearts of all beings. I am the beginning, the middle, and the end of all that exists.
Behold, I am the taste in water, the light of the sun and moon, the sacred syllable Om, the sound in the ether, and the ability within man. Among mountains, I am Meru. Among words, I am Om. Among sacrifices, I am the chanting of holy names. I am both immortality and death, being and non-being.
I manifest in your life in countless forms. I am the shopkeeper who aids you, the doctor who heals you, the robber who robs you, the lover who betrays you, and the mother who adores you. I am the source of your mind and the endless thoughts that draw you away from Me. I become the Guru and the grace that awakens you, leading you back to Me.
You seek release, My chela. To find it, release your self-grasping ego. I dwell within everyone—therefore, offer kindness to all. Meditate upon Me. I am within you as your awareness, as your consciousness, as your Self. Experience this truth.
For the freedom you seek, shift your perception and know Me as your very Self. My kingdom lies within you. Seek Me there, in the supreme stillness of your Being, and find the infinite bliss that is our oneness.”

Chapter Four
“My chela, your mind is always directed outward, your senses immersed in their objects, and your desires attached to their fleeting outcomes. Turn inward. Take refuge in My name, for it is the wish-fulfilling jewel, the wish-fulfilling cow, and the wish-fulfilling tree. My name is your protection. It is My perceptible form, and through it, you will attain the state of true meditation.
O best among the twice-born, know this: the highest perfection that can be attained through the chanting of My holy name is the awakening of love for the Divine. Of all sacrifices, I am the chanting of the holy names. Let your mind dwell on Me, become My devotee, worship Me, and offer all your homage to Me. Then, My state and My divine power will be revealed within you.
Your mind holds My power to bring you to liberation or delusion. When the mind is caught in personalization, O chela, attachment and aversion reign supreme. Bound by desire, one’s happiness becomes chained to external outcomes, and life turns into a pursuit of selfish goals—always about ‘what is mine,’ ‘what I can gain,’ or ‘what I can achieve.’
Attachment clings to that which seems to promise joy, while aversion rejects anything perceived as an obstacle to these desires. This restless duality binds the soul, fostering fear and the need to guard what is fleeting and unreal.
Know this, My chela: such self-centered desire leads only to suffering. The wise abandon both attachment and aversion, seeking instead the peace that arises from surrender to the eternal. Let go of the false and be free from the resistance that binds you to the transient.
My dear one, listen with a heart full of wisdom. In your search for love, acceptance, and inclusion, you often build an identity—a mosaic of shifting forms, beliefs, and roles. You strive to make this identity more virtuous, more attractive, more agreeable, all in the hope of gaining worthiness in the eyes of others. But know this: this identity you craft is ever-changing, like a dream, a fleeting reflection in the water. It is not you, for you are beyond it all.
You identify with your body and senses, thinking ‘I am this form, I am what I see and touch.’ But you are not the body, which is but a temporary vessel. You identify with your mind and thoughts, believing ‘I am my thoughts, my intellect.’ But you are not the mind, which is but a wave on the vast ocean of consciousness. You identify with your emotions and feelings, thinking ‘I am my desires, my joys and sorrows.’ But you are not the emotions, which arise and pass like clouds in the sky.
You identify with the roles you play, the beliefs you hold, and the patterns you follow, thinking ‘I am this person, this role, these ideas.’ But you are not your roles or concepts, which are shaped by society and circumstances. You identify as a separate individual, saying ‘I am this ‘I,’ distinct from others.’ But you are not this separate self, for you are the One, the boundless consciousness, the Self that is shared by all.
In your ignorance, you also fall prey to three deep misperceptions, each leading you further from your true Self.
First in misperception is separation: You perceive yourself as separate from the perfect consciousness, the divine truth that is the essence of all. This creates a sense of imperfection, and you feel incomplete, unworthy, inadequate, as if something is lacking. But know this: you are not separate from Me, you are not separate from the Divine. There is no other, for all is one.
Second in Misperception is difference: When you forget your true nature as consciousness, you see only the superficial distinctions between bodies and names. You believe that you are this individual, distinct from others, and that all others are separate from you. This illusion of difference creates disconnection. But understand there is no difference between the Self that resides in all beings. You are the same essence, the same consciousness that pervades everything.
Third is misperception of Agency: The ego, the false sense of ‘I,’ claims ownership of your actions, saying, ‘This is my body, these are my thoughts, and I am the doer.’ But the truth is, you are not the doer. The body, the mind, the senses, and even your actions—these are not your true Self. You are the witness, the pure consciousness observing all, untouched and uninvolved. The ego deceives you into thinking you are the actor, when in truth, you are the silent observer of all action.
These misidentifications and misperceptions give rise to the core fear—the fear of inadequacy, of separation, of disconnection. But the moment you remember who you truly are, all fear vanishes. You are not the body, the mind, or the ego. You are the eternal consciousness, the witness of all, the Self that is beyond birth and death. You are Me.
Realize this truth, O beloved, and be free. See through the illusions of separation, difference, and agency, and you will return to the peace that is always yours, the peace that arises from knowing your true nature as pure consciousness. This is the path to liberation, to lasting love, and to the eternal truth. Identify as Me for that is the only reality.
If you, My chela, become angry with Me, deepen that anger and place Me before you, behind you, above and below you. If you, My chela, become devoted to Me, deepen that devotion and place Me in every direction. In either case, remembering Me in all things will free you. For the gopis, the Yamuna River was Me, the forest was Me, the four directions were Me, their husbands and children were Me, their cows were Me, and they themselves were Me. This entire universe is My form. What is high or low, better or worse, beloved or despised, when there is no other but Me?
If a rich man does not guard his wealth and a good man does not protect his virtue, they will both lose what they value. Similarly, My power, which permeates you, will be lost without discipline and regularity. Do no harm, even in your dreams.
A man becomes the object of his meditation. What you hold in your mind, what fills your heart, will pervade you. That which you store in your mind and heart may appear before you at any moment, even at the time of death. What possesses you, what infatuates you, what holds your desire and attachment—that is what you are becoming, day by day.
My chela, I am the bliss of universal consciousness. I am your Self. Reveal Me within, and you will become what you have always been—the eternal essence of divine love and bliss.”

Chapter Five
“My chela, you are held fast by the immense force of nature, swept along in the current of evolution, ever moving toward unity with Me. Your path is uniquely yours but know this: if you step into adharma—wrong action—along your way, suffering will arise. Division, individuality, separation, self-will, and the rejection of tradition only strengthen adharma. Dharma, which upholds your evolution, begins with contact with Me.
Let no doubt or unworthy thought enter your mind. Let no action arise that separates you from Me. Let no dissonance disturb your heart. Do not lose courage, for you are My incarnation, My chela, and I am with you always. Engrossed in the senses, caught in the cycles of pleasure and pain, lost in the ever-changing currents of action, you miss the unchanging, absolute Being that is Me and your own true Self.
Now is the time to reveal to you My Brahma Vidya—the wisdom of the Absolute, the boundless sky, the immeasurable knowledge, and the supreme experience. This is the wisdom of peace of mind, of happiness in life, of success in the world, and of freedom from all bondage.
O beloved, hear this truth with a heart that seeks the highest. As the experience of peace, unity, love, bliss, and pure awareness begins to unfold within you, know this: it is not something that you must win, nor is it a gift bestowed from outside. It is not something to be obtained from the world or from others. This awareness, this bliss, this love, this vastness, and this peace—they are not foreign to you. They are not separate from you.
You are sufficient in your awareness for That is Me, for it is boundless and infinite, not limited by time or space. You are worthy in your consciousness, for it is the pure reflection of the Divine, untouched and eternal. There is nothing you need to seek, for all that you are seeking already resides within you. You are the ocean of bliss, the light of awareness, the love that transcends all boundaries.
Remember, O seeker, that the peace and love you experience are not temporary—they are the eternal truth of who you are. When you realize this, you will no longer seek outside of yourself, for you will know that all you seek is already within, already revealed in the depths of your own Being.
To analyze a problem and seek a solution without addressing its root is like tending to the leaves of a tree while ignoring its roots and sap. To end your suffering, My chela, you must feed the root, water the root, and revitalize the sap that flows from the root. I am the consciousness that constitutes the root. I am the power that waters it. I am the sap that causes the tree to flourish.
Ignorance of your essential nature is the cause of all your problems and suffering. I am that nature. My glance, like a flash of lightning, illuminates the darkness of your ignorance, clearing away all suffering and problems.
The Self, O chela, is not something to be attained, for it is ever-present, ever-shining. This vast consciousness, your true nature, remains untouched—whether in joy or sorrow, whether the mind is restless or still. The Self is unchanging, eternal, and always attained.
The purpose of the path is not to acquire the Self, but to purify the mind, to quiet its restless waves, so the light of pure awareness may be reflected clearly within. It is the clutter of thoughts, the misperceptions and false identifications of the mind, that veil this light. Lost in these illusions, you forget your own radiance and fall into suffering.
When this truth is realized, O seeker, you come to see that the mind and consciousness are not separate. The limited identification with body and mind dissolves, and what remains is the fullness of the infinite—the vast, boundless Self that you have always been.
My chela, cast aside your faintheartedness and remember the vastness of your true nature. To know dharma, take refuge in Me. When your heart falls under the sway of the senses, confusion about your dharma arises. If you are ever unsure of your dharma, ask yourself: Does it bring me closer to the One?
The effects of sense objects—be it pleasure or pain—are fleeting. A fragrance may bring satisfaction or disgust, and taste may provoke like or dislike. What is the true nature of these objects? They are ephemeral, as fleeting as the water of a mirage. Do not let yourself be affected or bound by them. The wise one, who remains unaffected by pleasure and pain, who is neither happy nor unhappy, becomes the witness of action, dwelling in Oneness with Me, in the bliss of consciousness.
Wisdom is not measured by knowledge alone, My chela, but by your readiness to receive. What you receive depends on the depth of your refuge in Me, the completeness of your surrender, and the sincerity of your devotion. Through surrender, you cast off all suffering and difficulties, bringing your mind to silence. Wisdom flows when resistance ends.
The plant is nourished from its root, not from outside. I am that root; I am the knowledge and wisdom you seek. Immerse yourself in My awareness by transcending the mind and realize that I am the Source of mind—the eternal silence of universal consciousness. I am your Self, the same consciousness that pervades all beings.”

The Wisdom of Absolute Truth
Chapter Six
“My chela, in surrender, your heart, mind, and body belong to Me. Only then can you understand that the wise never grieves, for everything, in its essence, is immortal, blissful consciousness. You pass through stages of life, experiencing changes, yet the true You—the awareness—remains unchanged. After the death of the body, your awareness is the same. In life, your awareness remains the same. This is the Self, My awareness.
Life is ever-changing and relative on the outside, but on the inside, it is never changing and absolute. The body represents your relative life; the Self represents your absolute life. When you are established in My absolute, blissful nature, you are unaffected by the ever-changing world. Remain even minded, whether in pleasure or pain. Reality is That consciousness which never changes. I am That. Thou art That.
I am the dweller in the body. Without supreme wisdom, My chela, the indweller—the Atman that I am—goes unnoticed. In this forgetting, you identify with the Jiva, the individualized cosmic existence, limited by ego and desire. But I come to remove these limitations and reveal that the Jiva is the Atman. I am here to show you that we are Brahman—the One without a second.
When you are free from all attachments and liberated from egoism, you experience the bliss of Brahman. When wisdom dawns, the impermanent is seen as unreal, and the permanent, the eternal, is seen as real, as Me. Your true Self, My chela, is always the witness. It has no attributes, knows no change, never acts, and remains all-pervasive.
You mistakenly believe that your actions belong to your Self, but this is an illusion. Only the changing, relative appears to have attributes and acts. You are the changeless Self who is never born, and never dies. Be alert to what you hold as beliefs. O chela, what you believe shapes the very fabric of your life. As the potter molds the clay, so too do your beliefs mold your destiny. Choose them with the wisdom of discernment. Know this: belief is the gateway to the infinite. Through unwavering faith, the boundless possibilities of creation are revealed. Faith is not merely a feeling, but a divine power, a force that can move even the immovable when rooted in truth and steadfastness. Belief, O seeker, is the foundation of all transformation. From it springs all creation. When aligned with the eternal Self, your belief becomes the source of limitless manifestation.
O beloved, listen with a heart open to truth. The core of your suffering arises from the deep forgetfulness of your true Self. You are the eternal witness, the unchanging awareness, but in the fog of illusion, you forget your true nature. This forgetting is the seed of all wounding—it is the cause of your feeling of unworthiness. Know this: within your own Being, in the very essence of your consciousness, you are inherently worthy. You are whole, you are sufficient, for your true nature is the Self, which is beyond all limitations.
Become established in Me and rise above the ever-changing world. When your consciousness is rooted in Me, the never-changing existence, you are beyond the influence of action, beyond My three gunas. Those who worship Me with devotion, meditating on My divine form—these I bless. I carry what they lack and preserve what they have.
A person who is not disturbed by desires, who remains steady like the ocean, attains peace. The wise see the same in a learned and humble Brahmin, a cow, an elephant, a dog, and even a dog-eater.
To realize Me, experience the divine nature within yourself. Perform your duties selflessly, living according to your dharma. Cultivate devotion, act with self-discipline, release attachment to outcomes, and transcend desires and ego. These are the six pillars of supreme knowledge and experience. These are dharma.
O My devotee, it is not by gain or loss that you should judge your actions. The true measure of Dharma lies in whether an act aligns with virtue or sin. These are the criteria by which all actions must be weighed. Do not let worldly results cloud your understanding. When you rise above such considerations and act in accordance with righteousness, you ascend to the wisdom of your true Self.
My chela, know that the world is composed of two eternal principles: the material and the spiritual. The material is called Prakriti, and it is ever-changing, made up of the three gunas—Sattva, Rajas, and Tamas. The soul, or Purusha, is eternal and unchanging, pure and free from the cycles of birth and death. When you recognize that the body, mind, and senses are but products of Prakriti, and you see the true Self as the eternal Purusha, you will rise above the delusions of attachment and desire.
By cultivating true experience and understanding, the distinction between the real and the unreal, you shall transcend the bondage of material existence. True wisdom lies in knowing the nature of both Purusha and Prakriti, and in this knowledge, you will find liberation, freed from the cycle of birth and rebirth. Through such experience and knowledge, O chela, your heart will be purified, and you will attain the ultimate peace. I have given you the wisdom of knowledge and now I will give you the wisdom that leads to non-action, the experience of Me”

The Wisdom of Absolute Truth
Chapter Seven
“O My devoted chela, know this—Dharma is the sacred path of evolution, guiding you toward the realization of union with Me. It is the journey of your individual mind merging with My Cosmic Intelligence. To realize My universal Being is the highest attainment, the very summit of spiritual evolution. This is the foundation upon which all paths rest.
Since My Cosmic Intelligence is bliss consciousness, it is natural for you to be drawn to Me. For, in truth, it is eternal bliss that you seek in all your desires. No effort in coming to Me is ever wasted, for it is your very nature to become one with Me, to allow your intellect to merge into My Absolute Awareness—the true Self that you are.
It is in the light of the Self that you are content. Performing your duty while unattached to the outcome, selflessly benefiting others, experience union with Me. This is your highest Dharma. Maintain the welfare of the world. The highest offering you can make to this world is to know your Self. Realization is the revelation of the Self, in the Self, by the Self.
O My beloved chela, your mind, restless and ever-wandering, moves from object to object, seeking happiness in the fleeting pleasures of the world. Yet these are temporary, and thus they leave you unsatisfied. Understand this—I am your true Self, the eternal, all-pervasive, ever-new bliss. In meditation, when your heart turns to Me, you will feel My presence, and I shall effortlessly guide your mind toward the boundless bliss that is your very essence. You seek bliss because it is your nature, and in Me, you will find the fulfillment of your deepest longing.
Caught in the web of worldly desires, My chela, the happiness you seek eludes you, for it cannot be found in external things. Release the grip of action driven by craving and turn inward. Follow the path that leads to the supreme stillness of My Being. In contact with My transcendental bliss, the fulfillment and joy you seek shall be yours.
The foundation for union with Me is peace of mind. Without peace, the mind wavers and cannot perceive the Self. Therefore, be vigilant of the seeds you sow in the field of your mind, for they will bear fruit in your life.
Your choices arise within the realm of opposites. Will you cultivate non-violence, patience, service, purity, and self-restraint—qualities that lead to harmony and liberation? Or will you allow desire, greed, anger, lust, and selfishness to take root—forces that bind the soul in delusion? By discerning wisely and choosing the path of virtue, you align your mind with the Divine, and the stillness of even mindedness and peace leads you to union with Me, the eternal Truth.
Reveal Me, the witness who is the knower of the field of the mind. Be steadfast in purity, free from attachment and grasping, and abide in the Self, which is My eternal presence within you. In this way, you shall know the infinite peace and happiness that surpasses all worldly understanding.
Turn your awareness inward and become possessed of the Self, the true essence of your Being. In stillness, beyond the fleeting sensations of the material world, realize the One—pure consciousness, boundless bliss, and supreme Absolute. Transcend the limitations of this relative existence, and in that transcendence, know the infinite happiness that is your true nature.
O beloved, in the stillness of meditation, as the ego begins to dissolve, something magnificent arises within you. At first, the ego’s grip loosens, and what remains is a vastness, a peace that transcends all understanding. In this space, you begin to perceive love—not the fleeting, limited love you have known in the world, but the essential love that is the very essence of the Self. This love is not born of desire, nor does it depend on another. It arises when the illusion of separation dissolves, when you cease to see yourself as separate from the world, from others, or from Me.
As you rest in this love, duality begins to wane. The distinction between subject and object, between the ‘I’ and the ‘other,’ disappears. No longer do you see yourself as separate from the world around you. There is no fear, for there is no ‘other’ to fear. All multiplicity, all diversity, is revealed as mere appearance, a play of the mind. What remains is the oneness of Being, the unity of consciousness, and this unity is love itself. Love is the revelation of the truth of your consciousness, the truth of who you are.
You begin to realize that what you seek, what you have always sought, is not outside of you. The immensity of this love is your very Self. It has always been within you, waiting to be revealed. You may have thought that love was something to be attained, something to be gained from another. But now, you see that this love is not dependent on anything. It requires no other. It is the very fabric of existence, the essence of your Being.
As you surrender deeper into this experience, you discover that this love is not the end of your yearning, but a doorway into something greater. In the stillness, you become happiness itself. This is not the happiness of outcomes or desires fulfilled—it is bliss, pure and unending. You realize that bliss is the source of love, and as bliss mingles with the light of consciousness, you experience that this is your true nature. This is the happiness you have always yearned for, the happiness that has been the true motivation behind all your seeking.
And then, as you go deeper still, you become That. There is no longer any ‘other’—no separation, no distinction. This is Samadhi, the union with the infinite, the realization of the Self. You are no longer confined by the ego or the body; you are the unlimited consciousness, the bliss, the peace, the vastness, the love. These are not separate from you; they are your essence. In this moment, you realize that this is what you have sought all along, this is the true goal of your search. You are not becoming something new—you are realizing what you have always been: the true Self, the eternal consciousness, the infinite love and bliss that is your true nature. You are Me.
O seeker of truth, the path to Me lies not in outward pursuit but in inward realization. Become still, surrender the restless mind, and behold the eternal truth of unity with Me. Be established in union with Me and then act for the benefit of all.”

Chapter Eight
“O My chela, it is through Me that I shall lead you to your Self. Through My Name, I take form, and My form becomes the vehicle through which you may enter into union with Me. My Name carries the essence of My Being, and by its repetition, I will guide you to the Source of your mind, the Source of this universe, and the Source of eternal bliss. When My transcendental Being is stabilized in your awareness, you will rise to unbounded consciousness, free and eternal.
When your mind becomes infused with Me and acts from this Source of all intelligence and power, you gain skill in action. The endless cycle of impression, desire, attachment, and action is broken, and you become the witness of all action, untouched and free. Know this, My beloved, I am the witness of your mind, the Self that observes your waking, dreaming, and deep sleep states.
Repeat My Name, Shyam, with devotion yet free from attachment or aversion, without desire for outcomes, and without undue effort. Let your repetition be a surrender, an offering. Om Shyam Krishna Namah.
I am the dark blue of cosmic reality, the infinite expanse of the transcendental. I am boundless and all-pervasive. I am the dissolver of suffering, the beloved one residing in your heart. I am the bliss of consciousness itself. This is Who I am: Shyam, your eternal Self. Om Shyam Krishna Namah.
O seeker, know this truth: the Self, your eternal essence, is distinct from the restless mind that clings to thoughts and desires. The Self is the unchanging witness, the source of all awareness, untouched by the mind’s turbulence.
When My universal presence pervades your mind, the mind transcends its attachment to the body and fleeting desires. Your mind merges with the infinite light of the Self, and you are no longer bound by limited identifications. In this union with Me, your intellect becomes unwavering, steady in wisdom, and firmly rooted in the eternal.
It is not merely the intellect grasping My essence. Through the repetition of My Name in the inner silence, you transcend the mind and merge into the very Source of all thought and become My Being. My Name is the sacred vehicle that carries you beyond the limits of the mind. Here is My meditation.
As a tortoise draws in his limbs from all sides, go within. Go beyond mere understanding by your intellect. Through My name, repeated in the inner silence, go beyond mind and merge into Source of mind. My Name is your vehicle. Satisfaction in the Self – My bliss – is the power, the magnet, and the compass that draws you to Me. Embrace non-resistance and unattachment in the repetition of My name, for they smooth your inner journey. In effortless surrender, your mind dissolves into My infinite presence, beyond even My name, in the supreme stillness, you become one with Me.
O seeker, I awaken My sacred Kundalini within you as I become the Guru who bestows My grace for this sacred accomplishment through the power of My Name. By its divine heat, your body is purified, and the subtle channels of energy are prepared. The nadis are sealed, the nine forms of prana dissolve, and the body becomes still in perfect harmony.
As the ida and pingala merge into the sushumna, the three knots of bondage, the granthis, are loosened, and the mind enters the supreme stillness of My presence. In the innermost chamber of your heart, Kundalini reveals her radiant splendor before your consciousness, offering the feast of her divine luster. Her separateness dissolves, merging into the oneness of the Self.
Water dissolves earth, fire absorbs water, and in the heart chakra, the vital air consumes the fire. Rising through the sushumna, My Kundalini reaches the sahasrara and stretches out with the arms of oneness, embracing the Supreme.
The veil of the five elements is torn asunder, and your individual soul is united with Me, the supreme Self. In this union, all duality vanishes, and you abide forever in the bliss of My infinite consciousness.
O seeker, yoga is the stilling of the restless waves of the mind, where all thoughts and desires are quieted, and the Self shines in its true nature. Through the path of discipline, devotion, and meditation, you transcend the limitations of the body and mind, entering the state of Samadhi, where the ego dissolves and only pure awareness remains. In this stillness, the Self, My eternal presence, is realized as distinct from the ever-changing play of nature, My prakriti. This is liberation—kaivalya—where you abide in My infinite consciousness, free from all bondage, immersed in the bliss of eternal unity with Me.”

Chapter Nine
“My beloved chela, when your mind turns outward, seeking fulfillment in the objects of the senses, attachment arises. From attachment, desire is born, and when that desire is fulfilled, fleeting joy appears, only to vanish, leaving behind disappointment. But when desire is thwarted, anger arises, unsettling the mind and clouding the clarity of your intellect. When your mind is ruled by a single sense, O seeker, your intellect loses its steadiness, carried away like a ship adrift on turbulent waters. The winds of this dissonance stir the ocean of your mind, giving rise to crashing waves of restless thoughts, which obscure your clarity and peace.
I am the essence of all that exists, the eternal and imperishable Source. Yet, veiled by ego, you fail to see Me. Lost in the delusion of Maya, your mind becomes restless, disconnected from its true nature, and the path of wisdom is obscured.
Know that I am the Supreme Self, Adhyatma, the ultimate truth that resides within you. This is your eternal nature. When the illusion of ego dissolves, the light of the Self is revealed, and you fulfill the purpose for which you were born.
When you anchor your awareness in Me, the tempest subsides, and the stillness of wisdom prevails. Steady your mind, and the waves shall calm, revealing the infinite depths of your true Self.
O seeker, when your mind turns inward toward Me, it becomes infused with the bliss, intelligence, and power of My universal awareness. In this state, steady wisdom dawns, and through self-discipline, you move among the objects of the senses without attachment or aversion, like the lotus untouched by the water.
As the silent witness of all action, you remain free, and every action becomes imbued with My grace, bringing success. Rooted in My bliss-consciousness, you transcend suffering, for My presence dissolves all sorrow and reveals the eternal joy of your true Self. It is only a calm mind that reflects the omnipresent bliss of My absolute Being. For one without peace, how can he know happiness?
O seeker, just as the senses lure the mind toward their objects with the fleeting promise of joy, know that it is only My bliss that can truly satisfy the nature of the mind and draw it toward eternal happiness. In the stillness of My meditation, My Name, called upon with devotion, is united with My bliss and leads you to oneness with Me.
Each time you invoke My Name, I infuse your mind with My awareness, dissolving its limitations, again and again, until you become one with Me. Then, your Self-consciousness, the eternal witness, remains steady, untouched by the fluctuations of action or non-action.
Act with full engagement, O seeker, yet remain the witness of all action. This is the true skill in action, yoga karmasu kaushalam—the art of living in My divine harmony. Such is the essence of non-attachment.
This wisdom is revealed through meditation on Me. Surrender all actions to Me, for the sense of individual authorship is but an illusion. Perform your selfless duty, your dharma, without clinging to the fruits of your labor. Witness the action produced by My Prakriti’s three gunas.
In this surrender, your mind becomes free, and your actions become an offering unto Me, flowing in perfect alignment with the eternal rhythm of creation.
Desire, anger, lust, and greed dwell within the senses, the mind, and the intellect, binding the soul to restlessness and suffering. Yet, O seeker, when your mind is illumined by My awareness, it transcends these forces, and the light of right action emerges naturally. True success in life and the path of right action both require intellectual understanding and the direct experience of Me.”

Chapter Ten
“O seeker, the stream of life flows ever onward, evolving toward the higher realms of existence and ascending to the greater forces of nature, until it merges into the infinite ocean of eternal freedom within the fullness of My Consciousness.
This relative, ever-changing reality is ever full, for it reflects My dynamic presence. This absolute, never-changing reality is ever full, for it is the essence of My eternal Being. These two fullnesses—of the relative and the absolute—find their ultimate unity in Me, where all distinctions dissolve into the grand fullness of Brahman. In this unity in diversity, act from the basis of our Oneness.
The fleeting excitement of desire, anger, lust, and greed pales in comparison to the boundless bliss of union with Me. Once this truth is realized, the mind sees their inadequacy and turns away from their grasp.
As the witness of the mind and its actions, you will come to know that authorship of action does not belong to the doer. All actions are performed by the forces of nature, guided by My will. In this understanding, O enlightened one, you remain established in Me, purified in the stillness of equanimity.
Through My meditation, become firmly established in Brahman, where all is one. Offer the yagya itself into the fire of Brahman, for Brahman is the offering, the fire, and the one who offers. In this awareness, all actions born of union with Me become acts of worship, dedicated to My service and for the benefit of all beings.
Know, O seeker, that My consciousness is the guiding force of your consciousness and the foundation of all life in the universe. It is My supreme intelligence that motivates and sustains all beings. Through devotion to Me, see all creatures as residing in your Self that is Me. This is the highest knowledge, where ignorance is utterly cast off.
In the fire of true knowledge, O seeker, all past impressions and bindings are consumed, and the endless cycle of birth and death is brought to an end. Thus, you come to dwell eternally in My bliss and freedom. This transformation is accomplished when, through My meditation, My Being gradually infuses your mind. In time, when this infusion is complete, devotion—expressed as service, refuge, reverence, and love—merges us as one. In true devotion, every action becomes an offering to Me, the Self within all. When your heart is filled with such devotion, you see Me in all that exists. You recognize My presence in the bird, the cow, the neighbor, the earth, the sun, the water, the air—indeed, in the Self of all beings.
Perform every act as worship, with a mind free of selfish desire and a heart united with the Divine. In this way, you realize the oneness of existence, and through your devotion, you awaken to the truth that I am the source and essence of all creation Living in eternal freedom, united with Me in divine bliss, you transcend the bonds of the world. Established as the silent witness, you rest in unshakable joy, untouched by the changing tides of existence. Your renunciation is perfect, for it arises not from denial but from the fullness of realizing Me.
O beloved, understand this well: true renunciation is not the abandonment of possessions or desires alone, but the letting go of your forgetfulness, your misconceptions, and your misunderstanding of your true nature. It is the release of the false identifications that bind you to the transient world. Renunciation is to detach from the illusion that you are the body, the mind, or the ego. It is to remember, in every moment, that you are the eternal, unchanging consciousness, ever present, ever free.
Whether you grasp or push away, whether you love or hate, whatever you give your attention to grows within you. What you focus on becomes more powerful, more real in your experience. If you hold onto anger, it expands. If you hold onto love, it blooms. Your attention is the key to your experience, for whatever you direct your mind towards becomes impressed upon your heart and soul. So, be mindful of where your attention rests, for it shapes your reality.
But hear this, O seeker: when you tether your happiness and peace to specific outcomes, you set yourself up for disappointment. The world is ever-changing, and its circumstances are beyond your control. If you cling to expectations and desires, you will find yourself tossed by the waves of the world’s uncertainties. True peace comes not from controlling outcomes, but from accepting whatever comes with a heart of equanimity. When your happiness is rooted in the unchanging Self, not in the fleeting world, then you will find peace, no matter the storms that arise around you.
Acceptance is the way to freedom, the way to the highest state of being. When you accept all that is, as it is, without resistance or attachment, you align yourself with the flow of the universe. In this acceptance, you transcend the ego, and the world’s fluctuations no longer disturb your inner peace. This is true renunciation—letting go of the false self, embracing the eternal truth of your divine nature.
In the realization of your oneness with My infinite bliss, all attachment fades, and the restless striving of desire ceases. Moving through life in harmony, you act without seeking the fruits of action, free from the ego’s grasp. Self-will dissolves into selflessness, and in My presence, desire loses all meaning, for what need remains when the All is attained?
Such a soul, absorbed in Me, lives unshaken by sorrow, unbound by pleasure, and untangled by the illusions of the world. This is the state of supreme liberation, where My infinite essence becomes your own.”
